This tool is developed based on the PhD research conducted by Deniz Tuzcuoglu. The choice behaviour data is collected from the employees of the municipalities of Almere, Amsterdam and Eindhoven between 2023 and 2024.

This Workplace Tool is developed based on the findings published in Journal of Environmental Psychology (read the article below). To estimate the workplace choice behaviour, a discrete choice experiment (DCE) was conducted with 1,812 employees from three Dutch municipalities: Almere, Amsterdam, and Eindhoven between August 2023 and June 2024.

The tool predicts the probability of each workplace being selected by an employee on an Office Workday.
